Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Philosophy

At E-Cig City Upland, customer satisfaction is our priority. We approach returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, offering support and troubleshooting tips before considering a return. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Standard Returns

We accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Items must meet our return criteria and will not be accepted if they do not comply with our policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not returnable if opened or used:

  • E-Liquids
  • Atomizers (including RDA & Tanks)
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Replacement Pods & Coils (if tamper seal is broken)
  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries

Items with special seals, such as E-Liquid bottles or hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers, are also non-returnable once opened.

Warranty Service

Hardware devices purchased from our website come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty. For issues after this period, please contact the manufacturer for After-Sales Service.

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Atomizers (RDA & Tanks)
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Replacement Pods & Coils
  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries

For warranty service, contact us within 30 days of purchase. The defective item must be returned to our facility for a store credit issuance.

Note: Warranty service excludes damage from accidents, misuse, disassembly, or user-error. Manufacturers’ warranty policies for atomizers and replacement parts vary, and we recommend reviewing their policy.

Delivery Issues

Report any delivery issues (damaged, missing, or incorrect items) within 48 hours of receipt. Inspect your items promptly and contact us with any problems. You may be required to provide evidence or return incorrect items.

Additional Information

Compatibility between items is not guaranteed. Research before purchasing, and if unsure, ask us. Returns due to incompatibility will not be accepted.

To request a return, email us with your details and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items must be returned in adequate packaging. Improper packaging may lead to return refusal.

Note: Use of cannabis oil or similar substances in devices voids the warranty and disqualifies them for exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Defective items will receive store credit, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of an E-Cig City Upland gift card.
